of Artworks and Images

Are you interested in any artwork or image created by Vera Bondare ?

Independent artist Vera Bondare, being the creator of these artworks and retaining her copyrights, allow other people to legally and free of charge use in some limited way images of her creations by issuing the following international Creative Commons (СС) public license:

Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0)

You are free to:

Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format

Under the following terms:

Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.

NonCommercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes.

NoDerivatives — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material.

The CC public license is presented in three stages:

1) Commons Certificate (for the general public)

This is a summary of important parts of the license agreement in order to convey the contents of the license agreement to the users of the work in an easy-to-understand manner. Is shown briefly. The Commons Certificate itself has no legal effect.

2) License (for professionals such as lawyers)

This is a license agreement between the copyright holder of the work and the user of the work. It has legal effect, and in the unlikely event of a dispute, it will be resolved based on the contents of this document.

3) Metadata embedded in image file (what the computer reads)

Represents the licensed content that applies to the content and makes it searchable by a search engine.

If you want to purchase a legal author's copy of some artwork you like in the size you need, or if you want to exploit some image of my artwork beyond the limitations of the granted public license CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 (commercial use or making modifications) you have obtain some explicit license provided by Vera Bondare.
